Hi there, I’m James, UC tinkerer, Teams whisperer, and everything Microsoft evangelist.

With over a decade of experience bridging legacy systems and modern cloud platforms, I specialise in making complex tech feel simple, scalable, and occasionally fun.

Whether I’m building some of Australia’s largest Unified Communications solutions for our most iconic brands, automating workflows in PowerShell or demystifying Dial Plans on YouTube, I bring clarity, precision, and a touch of my unique “Mad Scientist” thought process to everything I do.
